- Reservations are non-refundable. Waterpark admission tickets are issued per night of stay, per registered guest at the time of booking, ensuring every guest gets to enjoy the fun.
- Please note tickets may only be redeemed Friday through Monday May 15th - June 18th, and September 1st - December 31st. From June 19th - September 2nd, the Waterpark is open daily. So, plan your itinerary accordingly to fully immerse yourself in the waterpark experience on subsequent days.
- Room discounts include 20% off for stays booked within 13 days of arrival, and 30% off with advance purchase 14+ days in advance.
