Health and Safety Protocol

Guest Masks - We require all guests to wear masks while in public spaces. We ask that you bring a mask with you to use during your stay.

As we welcome guests and associates back to our hotel, our primary goal is to ensure absolute safety and well-being. We’ve implemented enhanced protocols, systems, and tools that are in compliance with all, AHLA Stay Safe Guidelines and any future advances in guest safety.

Some of our new protocols include:

• All associates must adhere to strict, CDC-compliant healthy and safety protocols – social distancing, wearing masks and gloves, etc. – throughout their shifts
• Advanced and enhanced cleaning technologies, including electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Countertop shields have been installed at all the front desk terminals, and stands containing disinfecting wipes will be placed in key areas throughout the hotel.
• No-touch sanitizer dispensers will be available in the lobby and other public spaces, and single-use sanitizer packets will be available where applicable.
• High-traffic touchpoint areas will be frequently sanitized, and all plastic key cards will be disinfected after each use.
• Guests are asked to wear a mask in all public spaces of the hotel to ensure the safety of all of our guests and associates.
