Health and Safety Protocol

We’ve implemented enhanced protocols, systems, and tools that are in compliance with all, AHLA Stay Safe Guidelines and any future advances in guest safety.

Some of our new protocols include:

• All associates must adhere to strict, CDC-compliant healthy and safety protocols – social distancing, wearing gloves, etc. – throughout their shifts
• Advanced and enhanced cleaning technologies, including electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Countertop shields have been installed at all the front desk terminals, and stands containing disinfecting wipes will be placed in key areas throughout the hotel.
• No-touch sanitizer dispensers will be available in the lobby and other public spaces, and single-use sanitizer packets will be available where applicable.
• High-traffic touchpoint areas will be frequently sanitized, and all plastic key cards will be disinfected after each use.
