  • Wednesdays: 5:30PM
  • Fridays: 5:30PM
  • Saturdays: 9:30AM

Group Sessions:

  • Hotel Guests / Showboat Residents — $5.00
  • Non-Showboat Residents / Visitors — $10.00

Private Sessions:

Include 15-minute warm-up and custom training plan

  • 30-minute session — $25.00
  • 60-minute session — $45.00
